The Utica Public Library is committed to open and transparent governance. We are happy to work within the structures set up by various transparency laws to help our patrons find out what they need to know.

Send your request using the PDF form by email or letter to the FOIA officer listed above.

The officer will respond to your request within five business days. Please note that response time excludes days when the library is closed.

Requests may also be delivered by hand to an employee of the library who is currently working in the library.

Fees

Printing copies of these requests is affordable. Each page is $0.25. Colored copies and copies on different types of paper will cost you whatever it costs the library to print them. Electronic copies will be free after the price of whatever medium on which they are saved (USB drive, CD, etc.).
